  Didn't last two months with the horrible customer service run around defined as "in good hands" insurance company. I had a car insured through this office for about two months. When I asked about getting a quote for a rate on a second car it started a five-day journey of constant "Hi, I'm ... here to give you a quote", none of which any of the individuals had my vehicle information, nor any knowledge that I was already insuring one car through this agency. The first individual wouldn't give me a quote because I didn't have the title in hand yet. The second person said they would give me a quote if I can get the title within seven days. The third person said they could give me a quote if I could get the title within the month. All inconsistent, none of which offered a valid quote for insurance. One of the agents on the fifth day, when I explained the ongoing difficulty of getting a simple quote, she identified the explanation of poor and inconsistent information and service as being "abusive to her" and that I was "fighting with her". That phone call alone went on for over 45 minutes and four different representatives who still couldn't give me a valid quote for the car. I canceled the policy on my other vehicle and went back to my previous insurance company, State Farm through Scott Woods office in Point Place. There I got a quote in less than 10 minutes, not 5 days. And the quote was half of what Allstate offered after all the run arounds I had to go through just to get a quote.
